Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel is conveniently located between Bur Juman and ADCB stations on the metro red line, just opposite BJ mall. The rooms were below expectations, untidy, and not worth the price, especially before the check-in time. The location, while not close to major attractions, was still decent with easy access to Burjuman mall and the metro. The dining options were not satisfactory, with expensive and subpar offerings. Facilities were lacking in quality and maintenance, notably the treadmill.
The hotel is in a great location, near the metro station and various shopping outlets. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and had large bathrooms. It was a non-smoking room, except for candles.
The hotel had nice and clean rooms, though lacking water and cutlery. The smell of cigarette smoke was present despite requesting a non-smoking room. The furnishings were well done and overall very clean. The service was friendly but they tried to upsell me on many occasions. The location was excellent and very convenient for those without cars. The dining experience was mixed, with excellent service but long queues and limited options. Overall, a good value for money stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near Bur Juman and ADCB stations on the metro red line, across from BJ mall, making it a great spot with easy access to shopping areas. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, providing a cozy stay. The service was a mix, with some staff members being very friendly and helpful, while others, like the receptionist, were a bit rude. The location is satisfactory for GCC nationals, offering super service. The dining experience from the 19th floor restaurant had a spectacular view, although most of the buffet dishes were heavily influenced by Indian cuisine. Overall, a convenient location with both positive and negative service experiences.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and the bathrooms were especially spacious. The service was attentive and accommodating, with a minor noise issue but a convenient late checkout option. The location was ideal in downtown Dubai with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was below average. Overall, a decent stay with a few minor inconveniences.
The hotel offers big and comfy rooms, especially the spacious bathrooms, but doesn't provide room deposits for minibars, which could enhance customer satisfaction. The location is excellent in downtown Dubai with plenty of dining options nearby, and the rooftop pool offers fantastic views over the city skyline. The dining experience is varied with both Indian and Western options, including a recommended roast of the day. Overall, a great value for money stay with some minor room service suggestions.
The hotel has a great location near the metro and not far from the creek. The rooms, while spacious, had a noticeable smell of humidity and spices and were often lively with loud chats and singing. The service was excellent, from the front door to the 19th floor, with friendly greetings from all staff members. The dining options were limited for vegans, and improvements are needed in offering more continental items. The hotel facilities were adequate but could be enhanced in some areas.
Although I booked well in advance, the room provided was on a low floor with excessive noise from outside traffic and lacked cleanliness. On the bright side, the service was remarkably friendly and helpful across all areas. The location was ideal, close to key attractions like Dubai Mall and downtown, offering easy access to public and private transportation. Dining was below average, but the hotel facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms that ensure a great night's sleep, but may lack variety in dining options. The staff is dedicated and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Overall, a reliable choice for a stay in a convenient area.
